Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Lutfiyya Fragrance, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and ensuring you have a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to modify, cancel, or return your order. To help you, we’ve outlined our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy below:
When Can You Request a Return?
You can request a return if:
(a) You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product.
(b) The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
(c) The product’s appearance significantly differs from the images shown.
(d) You received a wrong product size.
(e) You are not satisfied with the fragrance received.
Important Note:
To process any return or refund request related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products, you must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened. Without this video evidence, we will be unable to process your complaint.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
(a) Products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed.
(b) Items without original packaging, labels, or tags.
(c) Personalized or customized products made as per your request.
(d) Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
(e) Any products returned in a condition different from their original form.
Conditions for Returning Products
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
(a) Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
(b) All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
(c) Returns will only be accepted if requested within 3 days of delivery.
(d) Replacement depends on product availability at the time of the request.
Refund Eligibility
If your return is approved, you may choose to receive either:
(a) A replacement product (subject to stock availability).
(b) A refund to your original payment method.
To raise a return or refund request, please contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product images, and a brief explanation of the issue. Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days once the return is approved.
Order Cancellation Policy
(a) Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
(b) Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
(c) If your order has not been dispatched, you may request cancellation by contacting us directly.
Note:
Lutfiyya Fragrance reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
